  HENDRICK PETER KEKANA better known as KK, was the chairman of the board of directors of Pheli Investment Holdings (Pty) Ltd, a black empowerment company involved in financial services and the leisure and gaming industries, mainly in the Limpopo Province.

He held the position of CEO of Egoli Housing Corporation Ltd, a housing finance public company jointly owned by Stocks & Stocks, National Housing Finance Corporation (NHFC) and a black-owned business consortium.

He was the first executive director of the South African Residential Developers Association (SARDA), which entity he helped establish. He was also a director and executive committee member of the National Home Builders Registration Council (NHBRC) that regulates all companies building residential properties in South Africa.

He spent most of his career at Group Five Properties (Pty) Ltd, moving up the ranks and ultimately being appointed Project Development Executive mainly responsible for Property Development Land Management.
